I recorded the acoustic guitars for this first, then added my vocals and soon sent it to a few of my giant friends. I get a certain sensation of flying, from this, and that was the desired result.

In some ways, my social life is behind me, but it exists strongly in my memory, and this is a source of much joy and meaning for me. I have been lucky to know some very wonderful giants in my life. Some are famous, some are not, some are musicians, some are academics, professionals in various fields, some are self-invented masterpieces who cannot be categorized with existing words. I love them and I feel grateful to carry some of their giant flying spirits within me.
